Phase One
Our design journey begins by gathering precise measurements and photographs of your spaces. We will also review any existing documents you have and share curated images with one another to refine your design goals. At the completion of this phase you will receive your preliminary floorplan and lookbook of selected inspiration images
Phase Two
After your style and vision has been defined, our team will begin sourcing materials and furnishings tailored to your vision. We create detailed floor plans, elevations and 3D models to help you visualize the space. Next, we present our design concepts along with samples and estimates. Finally, a purchase agreement is established, finalizing our commitment to bringing your dream space to life. At the completion of this phase you will receive a complete design deck and itemized proposal for all selections.
Phase Three
The process proceeds with ordering materials and evaluating the project timeline for efficient execution. We perform a budget review to keep everything on track. Once approved, construction begins. Our team will continuously check in with the construction team to ensure every design detail is properly executed and the highest quality standards are maintained throughout. Simultaneously, all orders are received at our warehouse, where they are inspected and safely stored until construction is complete.
Phase Four
We finish the project with a furniture installation and personalized styling to complete your space. A walkthrough addresses any questions or deficiencies, ensuring everything meets our high standards. We resolve any issues promptly and present you with a comprehensive client binder for your records. Finally, we celebrate the completion of your project with a warm goodbye, leaving you to enjoy your beautifully designed space.
